Travel Plan
Per school policy, families traveling out of the area for more than 2 weeks (10 school days) at a time must complete a travel plan and have it approved 2 weeks (10 school days) prior to travel. Families may not travel out of our service area for more than 61 days and no in-person meetings will be waived for travel purposes.

Step 1: Provide the family with a copy of the MVA Travel Plan to complete. (Download and send as pdf to the family; do not share direct link.)
Step 2: Please inform your RC and upload the completed travel plan to this survey for final approval.
Step 3: Once you have received your approved travel plan from your AD, add the signed and approved travel plan to Student Notes in Pathways.
