7.2 Custody Issues

Anytime you become aware of a split-family home, please verify that we have a current custody agreement on file in School Pathways.

Having the current custody agreement on file will assist all departments in ensuring we adhere to the agreement and we can properly notify the appropriate parents related to the child's education when needed.

When requesting a custody agreement, we require the full court document, with the court date stamp and signature from the judge. If you receive a custody agreement, please forward them to Kim Faust or Liz Palmiter. We will review the agreement and update Pathways accordingly.
