Department Mission
The Student Support Team strategizes and collaborates to provide quality targeted interventions and diverse support to at-promise students in order to bridge learning gaps and improve educational outcomes for the whole person. The team strives to connect with stakeholders in a mutually respectful manner while maintaining a family and student-centered focus and to equip the homeschool teacher and parent or learning coach to comprehensively educate the student and take advantage of opportunities for growth.Teachers, please read through all subsections of HTH 10.0 to understand our MTSS process and reach out with additional questions.

- Student Support & Intervention Referral Form 2023-2024 (for staff use) - Please fill out this form to refer student in need of intervention supports, concerns about dyslexia, Pre-SST, SST, Speech, and 504 support. Once submitted, a Student Support Team member will contact you.
