All tech help and questions - Please use Incident IQ

These email addresses, techhelp@cabrillopointacademy.org, techhelp@missionvistaacademy.org and techhelp@pacificcoastacademy.org are no longer being monitored (June 2022). Moving forward, please request technical support by submitting a ticket in our new system, incidentIQ. This new system will help us better serve our families, students, and staff.

  • If you are a staff member, you may log in, via your school email credentials, to the URL below and select “New Ticket” at the top of the page: MVA: https://mva.incidentiq.com/ From there, please follow all on-screen instructions.
  • HSTs can also submit help requests on behalf of their students through Incident IQ. Directions for My Classes here.

    All ticket notifications will come from notifications@mva.incidentiq.com. You may need to configure your email service to allow emails from this address.
